Sun Ranch Village is a 45 acre commercial project conveniently located just west of I-25 and south of Highway 6. It is zoned commercial and is within the Vilage of Los Lunas, NM. The property is right across Highway 6 from the Walmart Supercenter and the 857,000 sf Walmart Distribution Center which employs 550 people. Just to the north of Walmart is a new Merillat Cabinet Manufacturing Plant and a new Chevrolet dealership. Just to the west is a large master planned community called Huning Ranch which houses over 400 families at this time. Municipal water is supplied to the project via an on-site city well which pumps water into a one million gallon reservoir and delivers water to Sun Ranch Village with an 18” water line. A 12” liquid waste line delivers effluent to the municipal sewer system, which has the capacity to serve all of Sun Ranch Village. A 3-phase electrical power line is located on the south boundary of the commercial project. All electrical lines will be extended underground.
